The Oakdale Jr. Miss program was held Saturday, February 23, 2008. There were 9 high school junior girls participating this year. A smaller group than normal, but a diversified, wonderful group of young ladies. The recipient of the Junior Miss scholarship for 2009 was Rupali Mahida. In August she will go to Rohnert Park to participate in the California State program and represent Oakdale.
